Palacio de Hierro 135 years anniversary Barbie Doll

As part of a centenary celebration, the doll – unique in the world – features Victorian clothing, inspired by 1888; year in which Palacio de Hierro opened its doors for the first time in our country. This garment is made with a jacquard-style fabric with yellow and gold tones, which pay tribute to the characteristic color of Palacio de Hierro. Details on the dress include a collar and lace trim throughout, plus gloves and a belt that feature a hint of iconic Barbie pink. Both the assembly and the underwear of this doll emulate the Victorian style of the 19th century and its accessories include a bracelet, pearl earrings and golden boots, classics of the time.

The edition celebrates the anniversary of Palacio de Hierro, and will close with a flourish an exhibition of 135 elements that have marked the history of this iconic store. This exhibition will be open to the public from July 14 to August 13 at Palacio de Hierro Polanco. The doll will only be displayed and not available for sale.
