Barbie scale (its height is 6 times less than the height of a 175 centimeter supermodel) and its counterparts. After Barbie's triumph in the early 1960s, this scale was consolidated as the world standard for fashion dolls.
Important: 1/6 refers only to the height of the wrist, but not to the proportions! The attempts to demonstrate "how terrible Barbie would be if she were a living woman" are useless and a priori provocative: any industrial wrist is always stylized.
