The elaborate evening ensemble featured a turquoise floral lace gown lined in matching tricot. Blue satin piping accented the halter style neck and peplum. A sheer nylon waistband had an attached sheer nylon rose and satin streamers. A long blue satin cape had a ruffly stand-up collar and ties at the neck. Silvery soutache braid trimmed the cape edges and collar. A textured silvery vinyl clutch and strappy turquoise open-toed heels completed the elegant ensemble.
