Barbie® doll planned a dinner party! She and Midge doll agreed to do everything themselves, so they needed lots of accessories for the kitchen and dining room to make it happen! Midge doll dressed in a darker version of Barbie® Learns To Cook #1634. In this set, the Barbie® print fabric was navy/green/red on white. The accessories were: a red plastic belt, red open-toe shoes and a matching pot holder. For serving, Barbie® doll wore a red version of Invitation To Tea #1632. The red taffeta lined chiffon jumpsuit had a matching red and gold lamé tabard with red silk lining and a metallic gold belt. Clear open-toe shoes with gold glitter completed her elegant outfit. And the hostess accessories were numerous! For the kitchen there were these items: toaster with two pieces of brown toast, three graduated sizes of pots with lids, three casseroles with lids, navy casserole handle, matching coffeemaker with lid, teakettle, "Barbie® Learns To Cook" cookbook. She baked a pretty cake and decorated it with six pink candles and she displayed it on a doily. There were pretty turquoise placemats with green/pink/yellow stitched detail and fringed ends. These were topped by a set of two pink cups and saucers, plus a fork, knife and spoon. For entertainment there was a blue record player and two Barbie® records with
