The all new DVD Barbie™ Mariposa and The Fairy Princess brings back the beloved fairy in a new role, as an ambassador to a faraway fairy kingdom, where she stays in the royal castle with her new friend Catania™, the kingdom’s princess. Girls will love recreating favorite moments from the film in this castle play set that has three floors and multiple play spaces. Decorated outside with flowery images, the palace has multiple windows and angles to expand the fun. Enter through the large front doors with cutout decoration. Head to the banquet table to dine in style; a candelabrum adds extra elegance. But for double the fun, the dining room can be transformed into a bedroom in a few simple steps that turn the table into a bed. Take the “fluttering elevator” to the second floor - simply clip in a doll (sold separately) and pull the cord to mimic flight. On the second floor, primp and prep in front of the vanity or get some beauty sleep on the purple bed with molded pillows. Gaze out over the grounds from one of two balconies on the second floor or get a wider view from the third-floor balcony. With the small table, it’s the perfect place for tea. But don’t stop sightseeing there. Attach a doll to one of two butterfly clips extending from the turret (or two dolls at once) to spin around in “flight” and see the entire kingdom. It’s fantastical fun!
