Tracy Reese was one of the five CFDA designers to doll up Barbie for her Ultimate Fashion Hunt during Fashion’s Night Out! Barbie is dressed in Tracy Reese’s ultimate pink party dress – the Raspberry Bow Frock!

Fashion’s Night Out is a global initiative created by Anna Wintour to boost the economy following the economic crisis of 2008. The event brings together fashionistas in cities all over the world to shop retail and participate in store events, parties and promotions. As fashionable a doll as she is, Barbie couldn’t wait to get in on the fun of FNO!

On Sept. 8, 2011, Barbie invited fans in New York City to shop her closet in the Ultimate Fashion Hunt! Barbie’s closet has been an iconic symbol of fantastical fashion for fans of all ages, and FNO attendees had the opportunity to shop her closet through a QR code activated social scavenger hunt throughout the city! Life-size versions of Barbie's doll-sized outfits were awarded to winners.

As a longtime partner of the CFDA, Barbie will donate all proceeds to the CFDA Foundation Inc. Scholarship Programs in hopes of inspiring budding fashion designers around the world!
